IMS designs and develops applications that range from small websites to complex mission critical systems in a validated environment. We have experienced web developers, designers, and creative graphic artists who use both emerging and established technologies to provide efficient solutions to complex problems.

IMS provides the full life cycle of web design and development. We design and build intuitive user interfaces with a focus on user experience, responsive design, accessibility, and performance. We assist our clients in establishing goals and requirements and advise on applicable policies such as design guidelines, privacy, security, and Section 508 compliance. Once a design has been completed and documented, IMS provides full implementation capabilities and hosting.

Technologies Used

Our experienced web team develops applications using a variety of tools including: Python, PHP, Java, and J2EE. We integrate open-source and commercial products into our projects, such as Django web framework, Drupal and Plone content management systems, NVD3 and AMCharts JavaScript libraries for interactive graphs and maps, and ArcGIS for geographic information systems. Our staff also has extensive expertise in database development using technologies such as Postgres, MySQL, and Oracle.

In addition, IMS has experience in 21 CFR Part 11 software validation and Section 508 accessibility regulations. All software is developed following the NIST security implementation guidelines.
